Euro-MEDA IVS organisations’ recommendations for future cooperation

International Voluntary Service (IVS) organisations which participated in the Campaign “Contact Making to Youth Participation; the Strengthening of a Culture of Peace Focusing on Active Participation and Social Inclusion among Young People in the EU and the Southern Mediterranean” launched by CCIVS in 2014-2015 and co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme, wrote recommendations for future cooperation.

The project aimed to create new cooperation within organisations in the Europe and Southern Mediterranean region on projects about social inclusion and active participation amongst the young people. Indeed these recommendations allow IVS organisations to give guidelines depending on the context of a region/country, the subject (environmental, political etc.) and the organisation structure and functioning.

These recommendations were established during the evaluation meeting of the “Contact 2 Participation” project held in Amman, Jordan and hosted by the organisation I Dare.

CCIVS would like to thank all the organisations which participated in the project and made a great effort in building new partnerships in the Euro-Meda region. We look forward to see many great projects emerge.
