MOOC Production Laboratory

CCIVS works to strengthen social organizations that develop the IVS Movement. STEP to the Future is a project financed by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union that develops methodologies and techniques that support organizations to know and think about themselves, and plan improvement actions. Thus, the experiences of young volunteers will be more meaningful and transformative.

In Creative Space (Kréativ Tér) headquarters in Hollókő, Hungary, Fundación SES, NVDA-Network for Voluntary Development Foundation in Asia, Zimbabwe Workcamp Association, Coordinating Committee for International Voluntary Service – CCIVS, Egyesek Youth Association, Alliance of European Voluntary Service Organizations, and Service Civil International met to design and develop a virtual training space, a MOOC, with an organizational strengthening methodology (the organizational Pentagon) built during the project. The goal was to share how IVS organisations can use these methodologies, and how also individuals can promote organisational development

Performing the MOOC allowed interesting learning for those who did it. Furthermore, it will be available for everyone to use very soon. Surely it will be useful!
