Training: Training is an essential element of IVS. Networks and organisations carry out regular meetings to train their activists, staff and volunteers. These events might include pre-departure training for volunteers, training for workcamp coordinators, training for placement officers. In addition to that, IVS organisations offer also training courses co-financed by European, national or international institutions, focused on several topics: environment, climate justice, gender equality, youth work, peace and human rights.
