Training for Trainers

The Training should have been hosted in Morocco. But the restrictions caused by the pandemic did not allow the partnership to implement the training course as planned. After collecting feedback from the partners, CCIVS proposed to replace the event with a new format, which consisted in 2 online meetings focused on coordination, logistics, NFE and conflict management. In addition to that, partners integrated these modules with residential and/or online meetings, focused on similar topics.

Course, a face-to-face setting would have been ideal to deliver these sets of skills, but the two online sessions acted as a useful replacement for the original idea. Participants were involved in simulation of NFE instruments and could reflect together on the main elements to take into account when organising EuroMed projects, such as training courses and youth exchanges.
