The first meeting of the Programming Committee on Youth elected for 2018 and 2019 took place at the European Youth Centre in Strasbourg on 7-8 June 2018. The Committee awarded grants to 8 annual work plans and 8 one-off international activities that will be supported by the European Youth Foundation in 2019.
- Out of 17 applications received for 2019 annual work plans, 8 were approved for a total amount of €345 000.
- Out of 20 applications received for one-off international activities taking place in the first half of 2019, 8 were approved for a total amount of €117 000.
Out of 30 applications received for study sessions to be held in the first half of 2019 in co-operation with the European Youth Centres in Strasbourg and Budapest, the Programming Committee on Youth selected 13. The Committee also adopted the draft programme/budget of the Council of Europe’s youth sector for 2019.
