Mercy Inyanya Kubasu

Mercy Inyanya Kubasu is a project management professional currently in the field of International Volunteer Management. She currently works at International Cultural Youth Exchange (ICYE) Kenya as a programme coordinator.

She is passionate about the empowerment/capacity building of young people in IVS (International Volunteering Service), Community Development , creating awareness about the inequalities within the IVS Space and advocating for more African representation in the structures and policies that guide IVS.
