Ling is a recent graduate in the master of Cultural Management from the Universidad de Santiago de Compostela (Spain). Having deep beliefs that the origin of current conflicts is the result of the lack of understanding between different civilizations, she is convinced that interactions between different cultures help develop harmony between people. However, such interactions across borders and ethnics could not have been realized without the massive support of the philanthropic volunteers. She believes volunteering is the spirit of unconditional dedication and mutual progress, which represents a social progress itself.
