Mr. Rolando Ariel Kandel is an education scientist and he is Deputy Director of Fundación SES. Over last 20 years has been working for youth rights advocacy in Latin America, coordinating regional projects about education and labor inclusion of young people. He has specialized in development processes of participation and organization of youth in situations of social vulnerability.
In his long career in the civil society sector, he has built and implemented organizational strengthening methodologies and promoted from this area, processes of construction and incidence in public policies for youth. Rolando strongly supports regional integration through the creation of networks of social organizations in several issues related to youth rights.
